8svi Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "8svi" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the 8svi online betting platform accessible at https://8svi.cam and all associated services, features, and sub-domains operated by 8svi.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the 8svi platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the unique registered account created by a Player upon successful registration, used to access all platform services.
• "Balance" — the total monetary value of funds held in a Player's 8svi account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credit, free bet, or incentive amount credited to a Player's account by 8svi as part of a promotion, distinct from real-money deposits.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited by the Player using genuine monetary value via accepted payment channels.
• "Wagering Requirement" — a specified multiple of bonus funds (and/or deposit) that must be bet before any associated bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process, which requires Players to submit valid government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership as required by 8svi's compliance procedures.
• "Services" — all products and features offered by 8svi, including but not limited to sports betting (including bandar bola — sportsbook markets), live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery markets), slot games, esports betting, and virtual sports.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all 8svi system timestamps, draw schedules, and promotional validity periods unless otherwise stated.

Use of the 8svi platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of your account's existence:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 8svi strictly prohibits use of its platform by individuals under 21. Providing false information about your age constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes. 8svi's services are tailored for the Indonesian market.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. You must not be subject to any legal restriction, court order, or regulatory prohibition that would prevent you from using online gaming services.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 8svi, nor an immediate family member of any such person, in connection with any account that would benefit from promotional offers or competitive betting advantages.
• Single Account: You confirm that you do not currently hold and will not create any additional 8svi account. One account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method is strictly enforced.

To access 8svi's full range of services, Players must complete the registration process accurately and in good faith. The following conditions apply:

• All information provided during registration — including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address — must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. 8svi will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• You must notify 8svi immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a link) if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
• 8svi reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account registration at its sole discretion, including where eligibility requirements are not met or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Account registration is free of charge. 8svi will never charge a fee for the creation or maintenance of a standard player account.

8svi operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification may be required at registration, prior to a first withdrawal, or at any point during the account lifecycle at 8svi's discretion.

Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk)
• Valid Indonesian Passport
• Indonesian Driver's License (SIM — Surat Izin Mengemudi), where accepted

In addition to identity verification, Players may be required to verify ownership of payment methods used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the relevant BCA, BRI, or Mandiri account in the Player's name). Proof of address may also be requested.

Deposits: 8svi accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited instantly or within minutes of confirmed transfer, subject to payment provider processing times.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to available balance and KYC compliance. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for verified accounts duri ng business hours (WIB). 8svi reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.

Players must complete a minimum 1x wagering requirement on deposited funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal. This requirement exists to prevent 8svi being used solely as a money-transfer service and is a standard industry anti-money-laundering measure.

8svi offers a variety of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Key bonus terms applicable to all 8svi promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also known as a turnover or rollover requirement) before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) of the bonus amount, deposit amount, or both, depending on the specific promotion.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) may contribute 10%-20%; some games (e.g., certain high-RTP slots, live dealer blackjack) may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiration periods (typically 7-30 days from issuance). Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements expire at the end of the validity period.
• Maximum Bet Limits: When playing with active bonus funds, a maximum bet limit (typically Rp 50.000 per bet/spin) applies. Exceeding the maximum bet while wagering a bonus constitutes a breach and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one promotional bonus may be active per Player account at any given time. Bonuses cannot be combined or stacked.
• Abuse & Fraud: 8svi reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, arbitrage betting, use of deposit/withdrawal methods solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent.

All bets placed on the 8svi platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport category. Detailed game rules for sportsbook markets (including mix parlay, Asian Handicap / voor bola, over/under, and correct score bets), live casino, togel, slots, and esports are available within the respective sections of the platform.

General betting rules applicable across all Services:

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player. Please review all bet selections carefully before confirming placement.
• Bet Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with official results as determined by 8svi's designated data providers. For sports betting, official league or governing body results are considered final. For togel, results are based on the official draw outcomes from the respective markets (SGP, HK, SDY, etc.). For live casino, game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer results as recorded by the game provider.
• Void Bets: 8svi reserves the right to declare a bet void in cases of: obvious errors in odds or lines; matches or events that are cancelled, postponed, or abandoned (subject to specific sport rules); technical malfunctions; or any circumstance where the integrity of the bet is compromised. Void bets are refunded at 1.00 odds (stake returned).
• Maximum Winnings: 8svi may impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types or markets. Maximum win limits (where applicable) are stated in the relevant sportsbook or game section.
• Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, Players must contact 8svi customer support within 7 days of the original bet settlement. Disputes raised after 7 days will not be considered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8svi platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (including deposits), and potential referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen or fraudulent payment methods, impersonating another person, or any other form of fraudulent activity.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one 8svi account per person, household, device, or IP address. This includes creating accounts under false identities or in the names of family members or associates to circumvent promotional restrictions.
• Collusion & Cheating: Any form of collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping, card marking, soft play, syndicate betting, or coordinated wagering patterns.
• Automated Betting (Bots): Use of automated software, scripts, bots, or any non-human interface to place bets, manipulate odds, or interact with the platform.
• Arbitrage & Bonus Abuse: Exploiting pricing discrepancies across multiple platforms (arbitrage betting), systematically abusing promotional offers, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash.
• Money Laundering: Using the 8svi platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal financial activity. 8svi maintains strict AML procedures and cooperates fully with Indonesian and international financial authorities.
• Chargebacks & Payment Fraud: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with banks/e-wallets for legitimate deposits that were credited to your account. Chargeback abuse will result in permanent account closure and legal action to recover owed funds.
• Hacking & Security Breaches: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to 8svi's systems, databases, or other Players' accounts; exploiting software vulnerabilities; or engaging in any activity that compromises platform security.

All content, materials, design elements, logos, trademarks, software, and other intellectual property displayed on or incorporated into the 8svi platform are the exclusive property of 8svi or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 8svi platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any part of the platform without prior written consent from 8svi;
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software or code;
• Use the 8svi brand name, logo, or any other trademark for commercial purposes without authorization;
• Frame, mirror, or create derivative works based on the 8svi platform;
• Extract or scrape data from the platform using automated means.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8svi, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

8svi does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While 8svi takes reasonable measures to ensure platform stability and security, technical malfunctions, network outages, and unforeseen disruptions may occur.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects bet placement or settlement, 8svi's liability is limited to the refund of affected stakes. 8svi will not be liable for any loss of potential winnings or consequential damages arising from technical issues.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8svi holds its primary operating license, without regard to conflict of law principles. For matters specific to Indonesian Players, applicable Indonesian consumer protection and financial regulations shall also be considered.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Internal Resolution: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 8svi platform must first be submitted to 8svi customer support in writing via email to [email protected] (plain text). 8svi will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
2. Independent Dispute Resolution Body: If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the platform's designated independent dispute resolution body or ombudsman service.
3. Binding Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved after independent review, it may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the designated arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 8svi.
